These Terms of Use govern your use of the TV Scoreboard Roku application, TVScoreboard.cc, and related services. By using TV Scoreboard, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

TV Scoreboard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application for lawful personal or commercial-location display purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, interfere with, resell, or misuse the application or its services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Scores, schedules, and alerts

Scores, schedules, game status, records, team images, alerts, and related information may be supplied by third parties. Information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. TV Scoreboard should not be relied upon for wagering, emergency, financial, or other time-critical decisions.

No league or team affiliation

TV Scoreboard is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any professional sports league, team, broadcaster, or governing body. League names, team names, logos, and other marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.

Advertisements and third-party content

The application may display advertisements, sponsored messages, links, images, or other third-party content. TV Scoreboard is not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, representations, or privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of TV Scoreboard at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of any sport, league, feature, data provider, or advertisement.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TV Scoreboard is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TV Scoreboard and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to TV Scoreboard when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by closing or uninstalling the application.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as TV Scoreboard changes. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
