Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TV Scoreboard handles information when you use the TV Scoreboard Roku application or visit TVScoreboard.cc.
Information we collect
TV Scoreboard does not require an account and does not ask users to provide names, mailing addresses, payment information, or other personal profile information through the Roku application.
Our servers and hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as an IP address, request date and time, requested URL, response status, device or browser information, app version, and diagnostic or security logs. The Roku application also sends an app-specific device identifier so we can estimate active installations. We convert that identifier to a one-way hash before storing it and do not receive a Roku account name or device serial number.
How information is used
Technical information may be used to provide scores, schedules, advertisements, and other application content; diagnose errors; prevent abuse; maintain security; measure active devices and app-version adoption; measure service reliability; and improve TV Scoreboard.
Third-party services and content
TV Scoreboard relies on hosting, sports-data, content-delivery, and other service providers. A device may communicate with these providers when requesting application content, team images, advertisements, or related resources. Those providers may process technical information under their own privacy policies.
Advertising
TV Scoreboard may display advertisements or sponsored messages. The current application does not require users to create advertising profiles or submit personal information to view the scoreboard. If our advertising practices materially change, this policy will be updated.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited technical information may be processed by service providers that help operate, secure, and deliver TV Scoreboard, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect users and the service.
Data retention
Anonymous active-device records are automatically removed after approximately 90 days without activity. Other technical and diagnostic records are retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes, after which they may be deleted or aggregated.
Children's privacy
TV Scoreboard is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Roku application.
Your choices
You may stop information processing associated with the Roku application by closing or uninstalling it. You may contact us with a privacy question or request using the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as TV Scoreboard changes. The effective date shown above will be revised when material updates are published.
